The Greek Hospitaliy Industry, has entered a very crucial phase of it's business cycle. Stagnating growth rates, and increased competition from neighbouring Turkey is starting to make hoteliers understand that in order to remain competitve they must reevaluate their portfolios and invest in new services. In this context, the Greek Government has underlined the importance of tourism for the economic development of the country and outlined the framework of a new strategy, which will create a more friendly climate for investment.

The following table gives a brief glimpse at the size of the industry.

A large number of hotels operate in rural areas where broadband internet access (i.e. ADSL, Greece's most prominent broadband format) is not available and leased line prices are prohibitive. We can bridge this gap by offering an affordable Satellite Internet solution, enabling hotels in rural areas to offer High Speed Internet Access and related services to their guests.

A number of Hotels have already invested in High Speed Internet Access Solutions, from a variety of vendors and with a variety of business models. In most cases however , they don't offer a comprehensive solution to their guests (i.e. laptops, wi-fi mobility etc.) relying in fragmented services and business models conceived and developed 2-3 years ago that often don't work as intended.

Over the years, hotels have continually added various services to their portfolio in an attempti to distinguish themsevles from the competition, such as restaurants, health clubs, exclusive shops, cable and satellite TV, business centers, and so on.

Most of the times, however, each new service added another layer of complexity and expense to what was often an overtaxed infrastructure and overworked staff. As a result, while many hotels understand the importance of offering Internet service, they defer making a decision, citing the expense and their lack of technical expertise.

Hotel guests, the potential users, face a similar situation. As email and Internet use have spread, the expectation is that it should be as easy to enjoy Internet access from your hotel room as it is to pick up the phone and call home. The guest wants to get online without hassles and frustration. An important objective for the hotel is to keep its Internet access support as simple as possible for their guests to use.

We want to bridge the gap. To offer a bundle of services that will allow hoteliers to increase their profits margins and guests to enjoy efficient services that will make them come back for more.

We believe that establishing strong strategic partnerships will be the key to delivering cutting-edge
solutions to our clients.

One of the hotel guests’ top priorities while traveling is to stay connected to their offices and home lives.

Thus, they are increasingly demanding high-speed Internet access, and are willing to pay a direct or indirect premium for it, providing that it is easy-to-use and cost-effective.
Hotel owners and managers in the hospitality
industry know the value in offering high-speed
Internet access, which add significant revenues
and increased customer satisfaction.

As internet-based technologies and services become more widespread, hotel owners realize that high speed internet access infrastructure not only allows them to bundle and market a new basket of services to their customers, but to reduce their own operating costs as well.

Secure high-speed Internet connectivity.
